1. Brief introduction
a. KR series CNC pipe intersection cutting machine is a junction on the pipe ends for automatic calculation and cutting equipment.
b. The cutting machine can be widely used in shipbuilding, construction, petrochemical, machinery, metal and other industries pipeline structural parts.
c. You just need enter our mutual cooperation of the pipe’s radius, intersection angle and other parameters, the machine will automatically cut intersecting line pipe, intersecting holes and welding groove, no longer need to manual polished.
2. Process of equipment
a. Programming: directly on the machine or offline editor program, cutting using menu-select input parameters such as diameter, wall thickness, bevel angle 3/12 deviation compensation data. the same time can be used as seamless connection STCAD by other professional software.
b. Place the pipe: the cooperater start a program from the machine on the network, place the pipe with a lifting tool holder.
c. Measuring level: operator error with hand lever to adjust the level of the seat tube according to the pipe diameter.
d. Pipe locking: with adjustable jaw self-centering chuck locks the pipe diameter.
e. Start cutting; put the cutting head to the pipe ends, the device will automatically programmed to automatically locate the next one cut, til to complete all the cutting process.
